With 80 students in the band this year and a busy fall schedule, we’re going to use Charms Office Assistant, a powerful organization & management system, to provide you with information, music, forms, and calendars. Mrs. Jeskey has just placed on Charms the warm-ups for every section except for percussion. The Band Camp itinerary, packing list and permission slip are now available for viewing and downloading. It’s time for you to login and start using Charms!

All students, new or returning, already have an account in Charms. (Login instructions can be found on the Charms login instructions page.) Returning students please login, update your contact information and add information for your adults. Students that are new to SLOHS, please login with a parent, using your school Student ID as the password and immediately choose a new password. Every student has one account that is accessed and shared with their adults, whether in the same household or not. Please discuss this password sharing this week.

New students will enter their t-shirt size on a screen just for uniform measurements. Returning students won’t enter their shirt size. Read the article below by our Uniform Coordinator, then find instructions for using Charms.

The band’s Fall Schedule was released on May 30th, has been updated and will be placed in every weekly bulletin. Please note a date change for Home Game #1 from Friday, September 2 to Saturday, September 3. The primary source for schedule information will be the Calendar found in the student’s account in Charms. Look for instructions for using the Calendar in next week’s bulletin.
